Degree in Basic Education, in the Escuela Normal Superior Cristobal Colón; With Bachelor Studies in Secondary Education with a Specialty in Mathematics and Theology. Master in Project Management, from Ramón Llull University in Barcelona, Spain.

He has been an educator and teacher. From 1988 to the present he has held directive positions in different Lasallian Institutions.

In his management he proposed and created the De La Salle Social Innovation Park in Guanajuato in collaboration with private and public organizations of the three government orders.

Dr. David J. Livingston took office as Lewis University’s 10th President on July 1, 2016. With more than 15 years of academic and leadership experience, Dr. Livingston previously served as President of Lourdes University since 2013. During his tenure, Lourdes experienced an increase in the quality, retention and graduation rates of its students; expanded academic programs and renovated the campus to support their strategic growth initiatives; and successfully completed a capital campaign.

Prior to his presidency at Lourdes University, he served Mercyhurst University for 16 years in various diverse capacities, including President of the Faculty Senate and Vice President for Advancement. Prior to joining the Mercyhurst community, he taught religious studies at Loyola Academy High School in Wilmette, Vanderbilt University in Nashville, University of St. Francis in Joliet, Joliet Catholic Academy and Loyola University of Chicago.

He received his B.A. in Chemistry from Augustana College; his M.A. in Theology from Loyola University, and his Ph.D. in Theology from Vanderbilt University.

David was voted as Regional Representative of North America, Bethlehem and English Speaking Africa Region on the IALU Board, and in March of 2019 was voted Vice President by the same Board.

THE ENGINEERING SCHOOL WAS BORN FROM THE MERGER OF LASALLE BEAUVAIS POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND ESITPA. HE CHAIRS THE FESIC (FEDERATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST) SINCE 1 OCTOBER 2017.

ENGINEER GRADUATED FROM LASALLE BEAUVAIS IN 1987, PHILIPPE CHOQUET COMPLETED HIS TRAINING THE FOLLOWING YEAR WITH AN MBA FROM HEC PARIS WITH A SPECIALIZATION IN INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY AT THE LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL.

HE BEGAN HIS CAREER IN SPAIN, IN THE SEED SECTOR, FROM 1989 TO 1992, THEN WORKED IN STRATEGY CONSULTING FOR SEVEN YEARS AT PERI-G.

APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF THE HIGHER INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE OF BEAUVAIS IN 1999, HE LED THE MERGER WITH THE INSTITUTE OF GEOLOGY ALBERT-DE-LAPPARENT TO ESTABLISH THE POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE LASALLE BEAUVAIS.

VERY INVOLVED INTERNATIONALLY, HE WAS SUCCESSIVELY VICE PRESIDENT, THEN PRESIDENT OF THE ICA - EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF LIFE SCIENCES UNIVERSITIES - FROM 2008 TO 2011, AND, AT THE SAME TIME, OF GCHERA, WORLD ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITIES IN AGRICULTURE, 2009 TO 2013.

IN 2007, PHILIPPE CHOQUET WAS VOTED VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LASALLE UNIVERSITIES AND SINCE 2018 TREASURER.

Carlos Frederico Coelho holds a degree in Law from the National School of Law (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), a Master of International and European Relations from Linkoping University (Linkoping, Sweden) and a PhD in Political Science from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. He is currently the Executive Director of the International Association of La Salle Universities and his main interests are in international education, international lê and international trade.

Diana is an Information Systems Engineer graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), with an MBA of the EGADE Business School, specialized in Education Technologies Management and soon to receive her second Master’s degree on Master of the Arts of Lasallian Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

Member of the staff of the International Lasallian University Leadership Program in Rome since 2017 and Director of the La Salle Summer Program on Leadership and Global Understanding where she has participated since 2013.

Nacido en Barcelona (1969), es ingeniero técnico en telecomunicaciones e ingeniero superior en electrónica por La Salle Campus Barcelona – URL, donde posteriormente obtuvo el título en Master in Business Administration. Asimismo, ha cursado estudios en Marketing en el Hartnell College of California y se ha formado en dirección general en IESE, Universidad de Navarra.

A nivel docente, ha ejercido como profesor en varios centros educativos vinculados a la informática, la telemática, el medio audiovisual, la estrategia y el marketing. En ellos ha compaginado su tarea pedagógica con cargos académicos.

En el ámbito empresarial, ha trabajado en consultoría de redes telemáticas y telecomunicaciones. Fue socio fundador de la empresa Sigma Ingenieros, dedicada a proyectos de telecomunicaciones y asesoría de digitalización para empresas.

Durante su estancia en Estados Unidos en el año 1999, donde seguirá formándose en Marketing, decide cambiar el rumbo de su carrera profesional, pasando de un perfil técnico al mundo de la asesoría empresarial desde el punto de vista de la transformación digital.

Después de su paso por el mundo de la empresa, en el 2001 se incorpora a La Salle Catalunya para coordinar los ciclos formativos, estudios superiores prácticos que califican para la pronta incorporación al mundo laboral. Durante siete años dirige el colegio La Salle Gràcia y durante tres más, ejerce de delegado de la Misión y director de la Red de Centros lasalianos de Catalunya.

En 2013 es nombrado Director General de La Salle Campus Barcelona – URL, y desde 2018 es también Director Regional de Europa y África Francófona de la International Association of Lasallian Universities (IALU).

Faculty at La Salle since 1973, now retired, and founder of the Center for International Education at La Salle University in Mexico City. Dr. Landeros did her undergraduate studies at the Immaculate Heart College, Los Angeles, and received her graduate degrees in Latin American Studies and TESL at UCLA. She was a Fulbright scholar at El Colegio de Mexico and UNAM and received a British Council scholarship to specialize in Educational Technology at the University of Lancaster. She was honored by St. Mary´s University of Minnesota with and Honoris Causa Doctorate for her Educational Leadership.

She is a founding member of AMPEI and is actively involved in NAFSA, EAIE, CONAHEC and other professional organizations. Joan Landeros served six years as a member of the Standing Committee for the Lasallian Educational Mission in Rome and she has served on the IAUP/UN Commission for Disarmament Education, Conflict Resolution, and Peace. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of CONAHEC, the Executive Committee of the International Association of Lasallian Universities. She also served as Executive Secretary for La Salle Universities, Mexico.

Dr. Carmelita I. Quebengco has had a challenging and colorful professional journey from being a classroom teacher at La Salle Green Hills High School to becoming a faculty member of the Graduate School of Education at De La Salle University, Director of its University Research Office, Chair of the Educational Management Department, Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, Founding Dean of the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, Academic Vice-President, then as the first woman Executive Vice- President/Chancellor of the University, where she also became its first lay and woman President in 2003.

In her work in academe, she initiated, and with the assistance of others, developed educational innovations, among which are the Educational Development Special Program, the Arts Management Program, and the program for the deaf at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde; the STAR Scholars program, The Museum, the Lasallian Transformative Learning and Quality Assurance at De La Salle University; the development program for Philippine Lasallian Education and Learning Leaders at De La Salle Philippines, etc. It was during her watch when De La Salle University was granted the highest accreditation level which can be conferred on a Philippine private university.

After her retirement from the University in 2008, she served De La Salle Philippines as its EVP-COO, and was appointed by the Superior General of the Christian Brothers as Co-Secretary of the Lasallian Education Mission Office of the Institute of the Christian Brothers in Rome, Italy. Likewise, she was bestowed the highest honor that a lay person can receive from the Christian Brothers’ Institute as an Affiliate of the Brothers of the Christian Schools. She is a Trustee of some 20 schools and universities, national professional organizations, NGOs, and educational accrediting bodies.
